DogGone

We have made several changes to the new Doggone site. We have had various requests from our users regarding the functionality of the site and it is these requests that promted a complete re-think of the site lay-out and the look and feel of the site interface. The main changes to the new site is listed below.

• Substantially improved usability, manageability, and scalability far beyond the original Doggone foundations

• Ability for users to create a full community profile with options to add personal details as required for increased privacy

• Addition of an online advertisement component with add and removal function giving our users complete freedom to manage their lost pet advertisements

• Addition of a forum where users can discuss topics related to their pets as well as issues regarding animal welfare

• An article submit function so users can actively contribute towards the content of the site

• An overall increase in site security towards confidentiality of user data
